The help and support provided by Longfield in my gramp's final days, not only to him but my nan, was invaluable... The carers were so kind, gentle and genuine in both the practical and emotional care that they gave. They are strong, inspirational people and I will always be grateful that they were able to ensure my gramp got his wish to pass away peacefully at home x
